Intrim Nova Vita® SK831B Flush Finish Skirting

A 2-piece small-curve flush finish skirting solution for contemporary interiors

The Intrim Nova Vita^® SK831B profile forms the lower component of a 2-piece flush finish skirting system designed specifically for timber and tiled floors. SK831B delivers the same subtle, small convex curve aesthetic as the SK830B profile, making it ideal for minimalist interiors, coastal homes, and modern design schemes seeking a refined, understated architectural finish.

This 2-piece system combines the SK803 top piece, installed before plastering, with the SK831B base section, added after timber or tiled floors have been installed. Once assembled, the system achieves the same clean flush-finish appearance as the single piece SK830B profile.

SK831B is crafted from primed FJ pine, is 15mm thick to suit 13mm plasterboard, and is available in a range of visible heights to suit different ceiling proportions.

For projects using 10mm plasterboard, you will need the 2-piece SK831 system.

For projects with carpet or polished concrete flooring, use the single-piece SK830B system.

Pair the SK803+SK831B system with DJ830A/B door jamb to ensure consistent detailing across walls, openings, and transitions.
