Intrim Nova Vita® SK831 Flush Finish Skirting

A 2-piece, small-curve flush finish skirting solution for contemporary interiors

The Intrim Nova Vita^® SK831 profile forms the lower component of a 2-piece flush finish skirting sysetm developed specifically for timber and tiled flooring applications. SK831 delivers the same subtle, small-curve aesthetic as the SK830 profile, making it an excellent choice for modern coastal homes, minimalist interiors, and contemporary designs seeking a understated architectural finish.

This 2-piece configuration combines the SK801 top piece, installed prior to plastering, with the SK831 base section, fitted after the installation of timber or tiled floors. Together, they achieve the same clean, flush finish wall-to-floor transition as the single-piece SK830 skirting.

SK831 is crafted from primed FJ pine, is 12mm thick to suit 10mm plasterboard, and available in a range of visible heights to suit different ceiling proportions.

For projects using 13mm plasterboard, you will need the 2-piece SK831B system.

For projects featuring carpet or polished concrete floors, use the single piece SK830 system.

Pair the SK801+SK831 system with DJ830A/B door jamb to ensure consistent detailing across all wall and opening transitions.
