Intrim Nova Vita® SK821 Flush Finish Skirting

A 2-piece concave flush finish skirting solution for contemporary interiors

The Intrim Nova Vita^® SK821 profile forms the lower component of a 2-piece flush finish skirting sysetm developed specifically for timber and tiled flooring applications. SK821 delivers the same elegant concave aesthetic as the SK820 profile, making it ideal for contemporary interiors, coastal homes, Scandi-inspired spaces, and projects seeking a refined, architectural finish.

This 2-piece configuration combines the SK801 top piece, installed prior to plastering, with the SK821 base section, added after timber or tiled floors are laid. Once assembled, the visible profile mirrors the soft concave detailing of the SK820 single-piece skirting, ensuring design continuity across the Nova Vita range.

SK821 is crafted from primed FJ pine, is 12mm thick to suit 10mm plasterboard, and available in a range of visible heights to suit different ceiling proportions.

For projects using 13mm plasterboard, you’ll need the 2-piece SK821B system.

For projects using carpet or polished concrete floors, use the single-piece SK820 system.

Pair the SK801+SK821 system with DJ820A/B door jamb to ensure consistent detailing across walls, openings, and transitions.
