AJL Studio focused on creating a cohesive and harmonious home, pairing contemporary materials with warm, textural finishes. A neutral palette runs throughout the home, softened by natural tones and layered textures that add depth without overpowering the spaces. The result is an interior that feels refined yet relaxed.

Intrim’s SK800 Shadowline® skirting features throughout the home, reinforcing the clean architectural lines and supporting the minimalist coastal aesthetic. The recessed shadowline detail allows walls and floors to meet seamlessly, enhancing continuity across the interiors.
