The 5.4-metre entry sets the tone with floor-to-ceiling wainscoting, a design element that immediately communicates scale, sophistication, and a sense of permanence. This bold feature exemplifies the home’s design intent: to honour classic style while introducing contemporary flow and liveability.

Throughout the home, Intrim’s SK1063 skirting and architraves provide a consistent architectural foundation, linking spaces with clean profiles and proportionate detailing. In the entry and key formal zones, Intrim’s IN09 inlay mould was used to craft intricate wainscoting, adding depth and definition to the interiors. Together, these mouldings elevate the spaces, blending functionality with refined craftsmanship.
