Located in the leafy Melbourne suburb of Brighton, Willow Residences is a collection of 14 high-end apartments where timeless sophistication meets modern design innovation. Developed by Samuel Property, this boutique project redefines apartment living through architecture that celebrates connection to nature, light, and materiality.

Drawing on principles of biophilic design, Willow embraces the relationship between architecture and the natural environment. Each residence connects effortlessly to surrounding greenery through garden-linked terraces, pergolas, and generous glazing that floods interiors with natural light.

Soft curves and arched brick façades establish a distinct design rhythm - one that continues inside through subtly rounded forms, natural textures, and a restrained, cohesive palette.

Designed by BayleyWard, the interiors reflect the same architectural poetry found in the building’s exterior - where form, function, and flow converge seamlessly. Gentle curves, warm materials, and a natural colour palette promote a sense of calm and sophistication, creating spaces that feel both intimate and open.

To complement the minimalist aesthetic, Intrim’s Shadowline® SK800B skirting and DJ800 door jamb was used throughout every residence and in the shared spaces, including the curved walls. The modern stepped profile delivers a clean, seamless transition between walls and floors, enhancing the crisp lines and light-filled geometry that define Willow’s interiors.
