The rooms and common areas have been fully renovated using custom mouldings, beautiful wainscoting wall panelling and stand out skirting boards. The colours reflect the coastal lifestyle and waterfront, and the atmosphere is that of a beautiful luxury hotel.

Intrim supplied Intrim SK89 skirting, Intrim SK91 architrave, Rosette blocks, Victorian Ash Timber dowel handrail, Handrail brackets and Intrim CR18 Chair Rail and Intrim IN09 inlay mould created the beautiful wainscoting.
